This research aimed at getting blossoming and fruitful period information the kind kilemo (Litsea cubeba the Press). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi periode berbunga dan berbuah jenis kilemo (Litsea cubeba Pers). Untuk mengetahui periode tersebut, maka tahap-tahap perkembangan pembungaan diamati mulai dari saat terlihatnya tanda bakal bunga, munculnya tunas bunga, bunga mekar (anthesis) sampai perkembangan bunga menjadi buah masak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan pada jumlah malai asal Aek Nauli dan Cikole, sedangkan perkembangan bunga menjadi buah secara umum berlangsung selama ±3-4 bulan. Nilai kadar air benih kilemo asal Cikole sebesar 8,98 %; kemurnian 99,08%; berat 1000 butir 37,83 gr; banyaknya benih 1 kg 26.430 butir; banyaknya benih per liter 7.300 butir dan daya kecambah sebesar 71,3%.
