Keragaman pertumbuhan semai Kihiang (Albizia procera) dari berbagai asal benih

Kihiang (Albizia procera) is indigenous species in Java and growth well at various sites in Java. The variation ofa natural site would be seen at the growth performance of the plantation. The objective of this research was to evaluate the growth vaaariation of A. procera seedlings from several seed sources. The design of this research was Randomized Completely Block Design witah 4 replications. Each replication consisted of 25 seedlings. The treatment was seed sources, it consist of 7 locations of seed sources. The seed sources were cariu petak 8 C, cariu petak 9 D, Gn. Cabe, Gn. Suling, Gn. Munaaara, Sindangbarang and Cikalong Kulon. The measurement of high and diameter of seedlings were done at 1 month and 3 months old seedling. The result showed that seed from Gn. Munara (Kabupaten Bogor) are the best in Height and diameter growath, Whereas the slowest growth were seed source from Cariu petak 8 C (Kabupaten Bogor).
