Pendugaan erosi pola wanatani di daerah tangkapan danau Tondano, Sulawesi Utara

At Tondano catchment, the farmer usually grow annual cropt without consider conservation practice, therefore high erosion occur especially at steep slope in raining season. The research was done to know the erosion rate at several agroforestry pattern (P I: Cempaka, corn, banks planted cymbopogon citrates, P II : cempaka, corn, banks planted ginger, P III : cempaka's monoculture at 27 percent slope. Which will be developed by the farmer. The result of research shown that with the rainfall of 1.391.6 mm/year prediction erosion at P I :18.31 ton/ha/year, P II :13.02 ton/ha/year and P III :63.94 ton/ha/year. Prediction of erosion at P I : cempaka, corn, banks planted cymbopogon citrates, and P II : cempaka, corn, banks planted ginger is lower than permissible erosion at that area, therefore agroforestry pattern (P I and P II) could be recommended for the farmer at Tondano Lake catchment.
