One hundred percent liberation in Indonesia Selective Feeling and Replanting System (TPTI System) basically is the activities which will change the surface characteristic through biomass and organic matter harvesting. Directly and indirectly these activities will influence the microclimate, indicator animals, and tree species diversity. One hundred percent liberation increased air and soil temperature in theforestfloot: Compared with the virgin forest, in logged-over areas with 100 percent liberation the greatest increased air temperature is (1.5'] occurred in the one year old logged-over area, and the lowest (0.5°) was found in the five years old logged-over area. The same pattern also occurred in the soil temperature. The greatest decrease of the relative humidity (about 15 percent) occurred at 01.00 p.m. in the one year old logged-over areas with 100 percent liberation. Compared with the virgin forest, in the logged- over areas with 100 percent liberation the solar radiation intensity has increased. This condition cause the pioneer species started to grow. In the logged-over areas without liberation, the increase of air and soil temperature ranged between O-loC. While the relative humidity value close to the value of relative humidity in the virgin forest, and the solar radiation intensity is the same with the condition in the virgin forest. Primates and hornbills observation was conducted by direct observation as well as indirect observation (by foot prints, faeces or other signs). The effect of logging and 100 percent liberation to primates and hornbills was evident from the decrease of the amount of individuals and species. The effect of logging and 100 percent liberation on theforest vegetation were the decrease ofseedling, sapling, poles, trees number and species.
